¡Felicitaciones, Yvette Benz!

Congratulations to Yvette Benz (Spanish) who has just been honored with the

2016 UNLV Outstanding Teaching by a Part-Time Faculty Award.

This is an important campus-wide recognition and we are proud to have her in our department. We in the department already knew that she was an excellent instructor but it is great that she is recognized as such by the whole university. The College of Liberal Arts will have a ceremony to honor faculty and students that have received awards this year. The ceremony is on Wednesday April 13, 2016 at 2:30 pm. Also she will be honored in a campus-wide ceremony. A plaque will be presented to her during the Academic Achievement Awards Ceremony on April 20, 2016 from 3:00 to 5:00 at the Student Union. This activity is open to the public.
