The Minor in Italian Studies requires that you take a minimum of 18 credits of course-work. (Composition and Conversation 1) ITA 302 -Third Year Italian (Composition and Conversation 2) ITA 315 -Italian Translation (First Level) ITA 321 -Italian Culture and –Civilizations ITA 322 -Italian Popular Culture ITA 387 -Study Abroad III ( 1-4 Credits) ITA 409 -Independent Studies, (1 -4 Credits) ITA 440 -Main Currents of Italian Literature ITA 449 -Italian Culture through Films ITA 487 -Study Abroad IV (1-4 Credits) ITA 490 -Topics in Italian Studies
ART479 - History of Early Renaissance. FIS 442- Italian Cinema.
Upper division level (300-400) courses not listed here that nonetheless; deal with Italy and Italian culture can also count towards towards your minor in Italian Studies, subject to pre- approval. |
